Anchovies in vinegar recipe


Preparation time: 10 minutes + allow 24 hours marinating time

Ingredients (serves 4)
1 kg anchovies
Olive oil

Remove the heads and backbones from the anchovies and wash carefully.
Open them out and season with salt, then pop them aside in a dish with the finely chopped garlic and parsley.
Pour vinegar over and leave to soak for 24 hours.
Serve with Olive oil.
