Grilled squid tapas


Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

1/2kg squid
1 clove garlic
½ lemon
Olive oil

Wash the squid carefully and remove the ink. Chop into small pieces.
Sauté in a pan without fat, to obtain juices, then put these to one side.
Peel and chop the garlic very finely. Chop the parsley.
Heat oil in a frying pan, sauté garlic and parsley until garlic is golden.
Add the squid, season with salt and fry.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve with mayonnaise or aïoli.
