Ingredients for a Miranda beer Mojito cocktail:
6 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime, cut into wedges
12-25ml gomme syrup
50ml Angustora five-year old rum
100ml ice cold Coors Light beer
Mint to garnish
1. Muddle the mint, gomme syrup and lime together, add the rum, then fill the glass with ice and top up with the Coors Light beer.
2. Garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve.
