Chinese cooking: Sautéed beef with peppers


Beef isn't eaten that much in China. It's rare to find recipes featuring it so even more reason to savor this dish!
You can either serve this dish sweet or spiced up with chili: add according to your taste and serve with soya noodles. If you've got any left over, note that this dish is equally delicious eaten cold!

Ingredients (serves 5)

500g beef tenderloin
1 medium-sized onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 green peppers
1 red pepper
3 tablespoons peanut oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
