Exercise two: Oblique workout

Love handles? What love handles? Yep, this one will banish that rubber ring around your waist making you a toned, curvaceous goddess. 

Exercise three:

Stand with your legs slightly wider than hip width apart.

Hold a toning stick in each hand with a gentle but secure grip, keeping your torso facing forwards.

Lean to one side, lifting back up - then repeat.

This can be done one side at a time, or you can alternate sides for each repetition.
