Keep up your beauty routine when you get back off holiday


You may be back in the city, but your bronzed, silky skin, sunkissed tresses and toned beach babe bod tell a tale of warmer's how to make your goddess look last.

1- Keep up your beauty regime. You might not be parading around the office in your bikini and flip-flops, but that's no reason to neglect your bod. Keep your pins fuzz-free and have pedicures to keep your feet slinky enough for your gladiator sandals. Maintain good habits all year round!

2- Exercise! Prolong the benefits of all that exercise you got in the summer: join a club or take lessons in a sport you enjoyed on holiday or saw and would like to try: salsa dancing, indoor scuba diving, climbing, capoeira...

3- Look after your health. Feeling on top form? Maintain it by eating healthily and making sure you get plenty of vitamins and minerals. Lots of fresh food will keep you in summer mode and prepare you for the colder months to come.

4- Get inspired. Steal health and beauty rituals from countries you visited: yoga from the Far East, Turkish baths from the Middle East, dead sea scrubs from Israel, hair masks from Tahiti...

5- Prolong that tan. Everyone's favorite post-hol obsession is to keep their golden glow for as long as possible. Instead of risking sunbeds, exfoliate your skin well to preserve its radiance, fake it and slap on the self-tanning moisturizer. And a quick spray tan in your lunch hour is a fabulous boost!
