Breathe deeply

Holistic therapist Larynn C Voleger who practices at The Hale Clinic, London and Chiva Som in Thailand says:

‘Before you leave the house to go gift shopping, food shopping, or meeting friends or family members etc, pause for a few minutes, concentrate-on your breathing, as you breath in, visualize a protective airbag developing around you, bouncing-off any emotional tension, and stress.

Don’t put yourself last, your needs matter too.

Dissipate any anxiousness and tension in your solar plexus by breathing deeply and calmly.

With each breath, gently dissipate any stress, and imagine a feeling of peace and calmness radiating through you. Drop any expectations that people may put on you, and just be good to yourself.’
