‘Before you leave the house to go gift shopping, food shopping, or meeting friends or family members etc, pause for a few minutes, concentrate-on your breathing, as you breath in, visualize a protective airbag developing around you, bouncing-off any emotional tension, and stress.

Don’t put yourself last, your needs matter too.

Dissipate any anxiousness and tension in your solar plexus by breathing deeply and calmly.
