When time goes by too fast for your liking, it can wear you out and make you worry about whether you're doing the right things with your life - what will you look back on and regret? Here's how to get to grips with it.

The key: make time for de-stressing.

Make time for yourself and for de-stressing: 10 minutes a day, an hour a week...

Try breathing and muscular relaxation exercises, yoga, beauty treatments or massages such as shiatsu or aurveda, which have a physcial and psychological effect.
