First of all, test yourself!  
o Can you stop peeing half-way through? If you can, then you already know how to use the muscles you’ll work on in the sex gym.  

o If you insert a finger into your vagina, can you contract your muscles around it? If you can, this is the kind of exercise you’ll hone in the sexy gym.  

Putting it into pratice
Tense the muscles of your vagina as hard as you can while you count to 5 (5 seconds). Relax and repeat. This works your pelvic floor muscles. Repeat 10-15 times, have a 1-2 minute break and start again. Try and do this exercise 4-5 times a day, either all together or separately.
