When sexercise is essential

After giving birth
Giving birth stretches all the muscles around your vagina to the limit, and sexercise helps to get the elasticity – and sexual pleasure – back. Many women do pelvic floor exercises after Giving birth for the same reason.

Pushing too hard
This might seem trivial, but many women push too hard when they urinate. You shouldn’t have to push: it should come naturally! When you push, you work your muscles in the wrong direction.

“He’s too small!”
Our favorite excuse for being bad at maths is that we’re constantly being told that 5cm is 6 inches! However, if you’re experiencing a lack of sensation, it could be down to the state of your vaginal muscles rather than the size of his member...The walls of your vagina are always touching, which means that even a small penis should ‘fit’ and give you the right sensations. But if they’re not very toned, they won’t hold well enough…and it won’t feel half as good!
