Desire over time

Desire over time

Yes, completely normal.

Absence make the heart grow fonder (it’s true!) When you’re not with him and not ‘getting it’, your desire is greater, so it’s only natural that at the beginning of a relationship you’re a bit keener! And when you’re not living together the distance also increases your desire. At the beginning of a relationship you never know what tomorrow is going to bring – it could end at any moment, everything’s uncertain. All this excitement increases your sex drive.

When you’e in a stable relationship, your desire is still there but it changes. In order to make your relationship last, you need to turn your ‘absence’ desire into a deeper desire based on perfect understanding between the two of you. This type of attraction maye be less explosive and mind-blowing, but it’s also far deeper and stabler, and also gives you just as much fulfillment.
