Exercise 4 - Interlace fingers arm lift

This exercise does a lot more than it would initially seem.

Tara says: “This helps to create more space in the body for your baby as well as being great for breathing as you’re opening up the lungs.”

How to:

Sitting crossed legged on a cushion or on the floor interlace the fingers, press the palms away and lift the arms as high as you can keeping the shoulders down.

Hold for 5 deep breaths and exhale and lower the arms back down again. Repeat as many times as you want.
