Exercise 3 - Foot & Wrist circles

These exercises might seem really simple but Tara says they’ll work wonders for your body, especially by reducing swelling and increasing your circulation. 
You’re going to be needing all the help you can get in those areas so you better take note! 
How to wrist circle: 
Sitting or standing on a mat tuck the thumbs into the fingers so you’re making a fist. 
Make really big circle movements by rotating the knuckles around. 
Lift the arms up towards the ceiling as you rotate through the wrists and keep circling as you bring the arms back down again.
Repeat 10 times.
How to foot circle: 
Sitting down on a cushion or on the floor with your legs out in front of you make big circles with the feet towards each other and away from each other. 
Repeat 10 times each direction.
