When it comes to women's struggle in the workplace, Karren Brady has alot to say. Having been appointed the managing director of a Premier League Football club aged 23 after having worked her way up, Karren Brady has seen it all. The 41-year old is arguably Britain's most prominent business woman and currently one of the judges in "The Junior Apprentice".
She's now presenting a recent study, conducted by DYMO labeling products, that show women are more effiicient and organized workers than men: According to the research more than 40 percent of men say they miss at least one deadline a month, compared to less than a third of women.
This makes 1 in 20 men have missed out on the promotion because their bosses felt they were so unorganized. While 62 percent of women keep up-to-date with a diary or to-do list, a tenth of men admit they have no structure to their work life whatsoever.
