We met Coleen Rooney at her latest fragrance launch, Butterflies.
Dressed in a pencil skirt and killer heels Coleen was perfectly coiffured, working a sleek up do which is right on trend for the season.
Looking every inch the epitome of elegance and sophistication it's no surprise that her new fragrance is also sophisticated, feminine and subtle. Butterflies is the first Coleen fragrance to go upmarket, moving away from her usual teenage fanbase - who like her have now grown into something a lot chic -er and sleeker.
The Butterflies eau de parfum is definitely the crowning glory of Coleen's cosmetics range so far. The beautiful heavyweight pink glass bottle is adorned with a flourish of gold butterflies dancing across the bottle making it unapologetically girly.
We were impressed with the fragrance itself - which is a delicate floral scent with citrus and hibiscus top notes, hints of vanilla flower and nutmeg, creamy cedar and tonka bean which lingers on the skin, giving a subtle, seductive allure.
Coleen told us how proud she is of her latest launch, “I love the fragrance which is both feminine and alluring. The bottle will look fabulous on anyone’s dressing table and my favorite butterflies add that special touch.”
Coleen Butterflies is launching in April 2011 - so watch this space. And if you can't wait until then for your Coleen fix then check out her make up range - her eyeshadow palettes are incredible - and only £9.00, available from The Fragrance Shop.
