There are a multitude of ways to unnecessarily spend money every day - and most of these involve food and drink.

Live without your latte:  
"Drinking free coffee in the office instead of spending £3 on coffee house coffee every workday can save £15 per week and £60 per month!"

Pack a lunch:  
"Buying your lunch and snacks five days a week ends up costing £30 per week. Preparing a daily meal at home with £3’s worth of groceries can yield savings of £15 per week, or £60 per month."
