How long have you been practicing warrior yoga?
I've been practicing yoga since my daughter Coco was born, so that's 20 years.

Is yoga your trick for staying thin or do you have another secret such as a particular diet for example?
Working out regularly definitely does keep my figure toned, but exercise alone will not make anyone thin unless they also watch what they eat.

I’m wheat-intolerant, so that cuts out quite a lot of high-carbohydrate food, and I’m lucky not to have a sweet tooth.

In between meals I will have green juices, made from broccoli and spinach with apple juice, and a fruit smoothie if I need something to keep me going in the afternoon.

I graze – eating little and often – and I eat very little in the evenings, just because I’m not really feeling very hungry at that time of day. There is a famous saying that I tend to agree with – “Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper.”
