Open your arms

Standing up with your feet shoulder-width apart with your arms held out in front of you parallel to the floor, palms together. Open your arms wide out as far from your body as they'll stretch, stretching your hands out as well, while exhaling. 


Reps: 3 reps of 20 seconds with 10 second recovery.
