You love life and live it to the full...so why do you need to smoke??
You may enjoy a cigarette to end a nice meal, but think about how much more you'd enjoy the meal itself if your sense of taste and smell weren't suppressed by smoking!
When you stop, be careful of replacing nicotine with junk food - if you put on weight you'll only want to start up again. If the cravings kick in, munch an apple or glug a big glass of water, or do both - just don't smoke!
