Cereals

Cereals are pretty much the same as biscuits in that generally the low-fat or diet versions tend not to vary much as far as calories go. The lighter versions generally contain wholewheat and are richer in grains, fiber, vitamins and minerals. They normally contain between 350 and 400 Kcal/100g.

Our nutritionist says: "Of course it's better to eat lighter versions than cereals covered in honey, sugar and chocolate. You can make them even healthier by having skimmed milk with them."
