As cellulite is basically visible fat, it's little surprise that reducing the amount of fat that you eat will reduce the amount of cellulite you have (don't crash diet though, that doesn't really help with cellulite).

Foods with processed, saturated and trans fatty foods can contribute to cellulite, as can excess alcohol, sugar and fizzy drinks.

Many people think that drinking caffeine can give you cellulite, but Louise says as long as you drink a moderate amount, it won't be a problem.

So when it comes to your diet, we're sorry to say there's no miracle anti-cellulite food. The answer is, simply, to eat healthily.
