Do some exercise
Yes, it's a sad but true, one of the best ways to get rid of cellulite is to do some exercise.
Luckily, Louise suggests one of our preferred forms of exercise - yoga.
"I love to practice yoga inversion like head and shoulder stands," says Louise. She also recommends an easier option for the less gymnastic of us.
"Simply lie with your legs up to the wall after a long day. That will assist in draining the fluid that can contribute to cellulite," she says.
You don't need to commit to going to regular lessons, just doing a few exercises at home on your own is good too.
But any exercise is good for getting rid of cellulite, even walking helps.
