Something sweet to finish

You should be feeling pretty full by pudding time, so just have a small portion of whatever you fancy to end your meal on a sweet note: 100g of pudding, log or cake, 130-150g of ice cream or sorbet.

End your meal with herbal or fruit tea to aid digestion and help you sleep.
