Go for: Red wine, brut champagne (75 cal), fruit and veg juice (40 cal), sugarfree soda (less than 5 cal). Fizzy or still water contains zero calories!  

Avoid: White wine, fortified wine such as sherry or port (130 cal), fizzy drinks (60 cal), alcoholic cocktails and sweet wine (180 cal).  

Don't forget: if you're driving, at best don't drink at all, and if you have to, stay within the limit.   

All measures are standardized according to the type of drink (wine glasses, champagne flutes, measures for spirits, large glass for juices).
