Getting fit is probably high on your list of priorities on Monday morning but when Sunday rolls around again it's somehow managed to find itself languishing on the 'still to do' pile.

Fitting exercise into your life isn't always easy and it can be even less motivating when you don't enjoy exercise in the first place.
