These Game-Changing Panties Are About to Replace Pads and Tampons

If there's one thing we can all agree on it's that periods suck. They suck so much that they're probably the surest way to get a group of women to bond. The pain, struggle, and misery is just too real. It's why when we came across Thinx, a brand dedicated to revolutionizing the period panty game, we literally jumped for joy. Embarrassing stains be gone!

There probably isn't a woman on this planet that doesn't dread her time of the month. And with our hectic lives, sometimes we can lose track of when we can expect our little visitor. That forgetfulness can then lead to pesky stains that (of course) arrive at the most inopportune moments. Those sexy pink undies you love much? Ruined. But thanks to Thinx, that might no longer be an issue.

The revolutionary brand has spent a few years developing technology that allows panties to absorb up to two tampons worth of liquid, depending on style. But it gets better. They're also leak resistant and anti-microbial (fighting the good fight against bacteria). Currently available in three styles: Cheeky, Hiphugger, and Thong, prices range from $24-$34.

How well do they work? Well, as a testament to their effectiveness, some women opt out of tampons and pads entirely on lighter days while wearing Thinx underwear. Believe it.

Founders Miki Agrawal, her twin sister Radha, and Antonia Dunbar aren't stopping there either. They're on an international mission. Per their site: "By reimagining feminine hygiene products to provide support, comfort, confidence, and peace of mind, we aim to eliminate shame, empowering women and girls around the world."
