The 2015 CFDA Fashion Awards took place this evening; bringing out the biggest and brightest stars in the fashion world. This year's extravaganza offered up a number of good looks. But the million dollar question is: did anyone top Rihanna's Adam Selman naked crystal dress? See for yourself and decide...

You might remember last year's CFDA Fashion Awards solely for Rihanna's iconic see-through Adam Selman crystal dress (worn as an ode to the great Josephine Baker). She set the standard so damn high we seriously doubted anyone could top that moment.

So were we right? Well, the night certainly had a ton of stunning moments; Diane Kruger practically stole the night in a shimmery Prabal Gurung strapless dress. Then there was Kim Kardashian who debuted her maternity style for baby number 2 in a sheer black Proenza Schouler frock (we know, we know, we've seen this look a million times on her, but it works). Janelle Monae looked like a regal goddess in a caped Tadashi Shoji dress complete with a braided braided 'do. Also, be sure to take a peep at Diane von Furstenberg who looked every bit of flawless while flaunting her shoulder.

But there were a few looks that didn't quite win us over. Katharine McPhee looked office chic, which would be totally cool if we were at the office. Her look didn't quite work for the event. We were underwhelmed with the Michael Kors dress Julianna Margulies opted for, as it seemed to accidentally reveal her underwear. January Jones also hit a sour note with her disjointed J.Mendel ensemble.
