Rosé Lychee Cooler

The delicate flavor of lychee can easily be overpowered by spirits, but it's perfect for a mocktail. This pretty-in-pink creation is all about refreshment, and makes a welcome change to standard non-alcoholic options.

- 25ml Lychee juice
- 200ml Welch’s rosé grape juice
- 2 Squeezes of Lime
- Cubed ice
- Lychee to garnish

Stir the lychee juice and grape juice in a highball glass with plenty of ice cubes.

Squeeze two slices of lime into the mixture and drop into the glass. Garnish with a lychee and serve chilled.
