If you're after the body of a godess, a short set of exercises every day (10-15 minutes) is what you need.

It's ridiculously easy to do and costs a fraction of what gym membership would set you back. Run down to your local sports shop and get yourself an exercise mat, an elastic exercise band and some light dumbell weights. Get hold of some exercise plans (take a look at our Exercise section for inspiration) and make up a daily program, alternating the parts of your body you focus on each day (abs on Mondsay, bum on Tuesday, arms on Wednesday, thighs on Thursday, etc).

Stick to your program for around 3 weeks, increasing the intensity gradually, then change your exercises so that you don't get bored.

To get the most out of your workout, don't forget to breathe properly (breathe in to lift and out to relax) and always wind up with a bit of stretching and relaxation (just lying flat on your mat at the end of your workout will give you the most incredible feeling of wellbeing).
