What do I eat and when?

Forking is based on what is known as chrononutrition, the basic rules of which are breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper.

You alter your eating hours so that your natural appetite is strong in the morning, modest at lunchtime and poor in the evening, making it easy to eat only with your fork.

Without going over the top with your daytime food intake, you’ll find it easy to stick to because you don't starve yourself and so you’re far less likely to give in and raid the biscuit tin (and the cake tin, the chocolate drawer, the fridge, and your local takeaway, in that order).
