What's it all about?

It’s pretty much all in the name, but Forking only applies to your evening meal and the rest of your diet stays the same; it’s a sociable diet, because you can still eat out and in company without being restricted to lettuce leaves.

So in the evening, it’s strictly fork only: no knives, no spoons, and no fingers!

But it doesn’t mean you have to deprive yourself of everything you like, because with the Forking Diet you just balance out what you eat in the day.
