"The balanced lifestyle and diet that Jackie Keller advocates is very similar to what I suggest: fresh, varied food and a minimum of exercise every day. However, you can't suggest that clients follow a diet based on the pleasure of eating if you then cut out all treats! A healthy, balanced diet is all about learning how to treat yourself, and eating the foods you like (even chocolate!) in moderation so that you don't get frustrated."
