Blood group A: good and bad foods for your blood type

 


> Oil
Good: flaxseed, olive, rapeseed, sesame, walnut, sunflower, wheatgerm.
Bad: corn, peanut.

> Nuts and seeds
Good:
 Brazil nuts, cashew nuts, pistachio nuts.
Tip: Make sure you incorporate nuts and seeds into your diet regularly, peanuts, walnuts and ground flaxseed. 

> Pulses and legumes
Good: chickpeas, kidney beans, lentils, butter beans, pinto beans.

> Grains and cereals
Good:
wheat, wheat bran.

> Vegetables
Bad: aubergines, cabbage, capers, black olives, peppers, chili, potatoes, rhubarb, sweet potatoes, tomatoes.

> Fruit
Bad: bananas, coconut, melons, mangoes, papayas, clementines, oranges.
