Unlike fruit, which is higher in sugar, vegetables are rarely over 30 or 40 cal/100g, which means that even a large serving won’t be calorie-heavy.  You can eat as many green beans, peas, carrots, tomatoes, leeks, mushrooms and other vegetables as you like.
