The less care we take over eating, the more we eat.  If you concentrate on your food, you’ll notice when you feel full and stop eating at the right time.  As far as possible, try to eat in a calm, relaxed atmosphere, at a table.  Put your knife and fork down between each mouthful, chew slowly and taste each mouthful.  Don’t watch television or read a book at the same time either!  You’ll find that you enjoy your food far more.
