Spinach gratin recipe

Spinach gratin

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients (serves 4)
1.5kg spinach
3 tablespoons oil
3 garlic cloves
3 eggs
20g butter
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
salt and pepper

> Preheat the oven to 210°C (Gas Mark 7).

> Melt the garlic and chopped spinach in the oil until the liquid from the spinach evaporates. Add salt and pepper then add the eggs one by one.

> Pour the mixture into a greased ovenproof dish. Sprinkle on the breadcrumbs and pour on the melted butter. Bake for 10 minutes until the top is browned.
