Citrus fruit and kiwi carpaccio recipe


Fruit is perfect for concluding a meal on a sweet but light note, packed with vitamins for added bonus! Carpaccio is usually made with either raw beef or raw tuna very finely sliced - here we've used fruit in the same way.

Serves 4

Ingredients
2 large pink grapefruits
3 oranges
4 kiwis
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons orange flower water
