Cocoa and vanilla smoothie


How can something so delicious be so good for you? Have this smoothie for an alternative break-fast.

Ingredients:
200ml semi-skimmed milk
200g vanilla yogurt
2 whole wheat cereal biscuits
1 tsp cocoa

How to make:
1. Place all the ingredients in a liquidizer or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with a dusting of cocoa.
