Minestrone soup with macaroni

For 4 people.

100g green beans, 2 carrots, 1 courgette, 1 small leek, 1 celery stick, 2 tomatoes, 3 garlic cloves, 100g of macaroni, 1 bouquet garni, 5 fresh basil leaves, 3 tablespoons of pesto, 40g grated parmesan, salt and pepper.

Slice the vegetables then place into a large saucepan, along with the herbs, apart from the basil.
Add 2 liters of water and bring to the boil.
Season, cover the pan and leave to simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the macaroni and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Finally, add basil, pesto, garlic and grated cheese.
