Smoothie, berries, Splenda recipe

Makes 4 glasses
By Splenda®

450g small berries (raspberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants, wild strawberries), juice of 2 oranges, 4 mint leaves, 2 tbsp Splenda®, 4 tbsp crushed ice. To garnish: 4 raspberries, 4 redcurrants, 4 wild strawberries, 1 tsp chopped mint or 4 mint leaves.

Wash the wild strawberries quickly under cold running water. Remove the redcurrants and blackcurrants from stalks and place in a blender. Add the raspberries, strawberries, orange juice and mint, sprinkle with Splenda® and blend. Sieve finely according to how thick you want your smoothie. Put a little crushed ice in your glasses and pour the smoothie over. Garnish with berries and mint and serve immediately.
