Cooking with potatoes: Good honest food

 A light protein rich meal.

Serves 2
400g new potatoes, halved
125g fish (e.g. poached or smoked salmon, hot smoked trout fillets) 
50g pitted black olives
100g tzatziki
1 romaine lettuce heart, thickly sliced
How to make:
1. Boil the potatoes for 8-10 minutes, until tender, drain and cool.
2. Mix together the fish, olives, tzatziki and potatoes.
3. Place the lettuce on a plate, top with the fish mixture and serve.
Tip: This is just as delicious with smoked salmon or smoked mackerel.
