Jamie Oliver – how to roast a turkey
Even Jamie Oliver
can’t cook a roast turkey
in 30 minutes but he has come up with a effective way of making sure the legs and breast
all cook at the same time.
Jamie suggests pushing your stuffing in between the turkey
’s skin and the meat all over the breast.
The thick layer of stuffing will insulate the meat and slow the cooking time down giving you a lovely evenly roasted bird. Yum
