Fruity granola desert topping

Serves 4-6

Per serving:
Calories: 175 kcals
Fibre: 0.7g
Saturated fat: 4.74g

50g butter
75g (5 tbsp) honey
100g oats
50g raisins
½ tsp ground ginger
50g chopped nuts (e.g. walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts)

How to make:
1. Preheat the oven to 200oC, gas mark 6.
2. Melt the butter and honey in a saucepan then stir in the remaining ingredients.
3. Pour into a roasting tin and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
4. Cool slightly before breaking up into clusters.
5. Allow to cool.
6. Serve as a topping for ice cream, yogurt or fresh fruit salad.
