Pumpkins, gourds and squashes are occupying pride of place in our kitchens this weekend! They're wonderfully colorful and ridiculously easy to fashion into soups. For a change, try replacing cream with coconut milk - healthier and more exotic!

Add a bit of crunch to your dishes by serving soup with savory pastries and decorating them with black seeds (poppy seeds, black cumin, etc.)
