400ml cranberry juice
3 tablespoons grenadine syrup
3 gelatin sheets
Soak the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water.
Heat up the cranberry juice, add the grenadine syrup and mix well.
Squeeze out the water from the gelatin then dissolve it in the liquid (which should be hot but not boiling). Mix and pour into small glasses.
Leave to cool completely then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Serve cold with sweets for decoration.
