General fatigue

Some women experience exhaustion and fatigue very early on in their pregnancy. It's suddenly harder to get out of bed in the morning or you'll want to hit the hay way before your normal bedtime.

Exercise becomes too much effort and regular working hours seem longer than ever. Even doing your weekly shop can leave you feeling like you've run a marathon.

Exhaustion is brought on my the super surge of hormomes racing around your body and the changes inside that will be going on without you even knowing.

Try to take frequent naps and don't try to do much. Some women don't ever feel tired during their pregnancy while others don't report that feeling of being "wiped out" until much later on.

Unfortunately for a lot of women exhaustion stays for the whole 40 weeks!
