Recovering after giving birth

Recovering after giving birth

Before the birth, you probably didn't realize the empathy you'll feel with your baby and the need to adapt your rhythm to your baby's. This ability to merge into the laws of the human species requires full mobilization.

You'll need some time to find your personal balance and to allow yourself some rest.
> If you're breastfeeding, ask a friend or family member to look after your baby so you can sleep between feeds.
> If you're bottle-feeding, make up bottles so someone else can feed your baby.
> At night, ask your partner to get up to check on your baby so that you can catch up on some sleep.
