- Pelvic floor muscles after pregnancy and childbirth
During pregnancy and childbirth, the pelvic floor muscles stretch.
Although the causes of this are diverse, the stretching can lead to complications later on, such as urinary incontinence or sexual problems.

It's therefore important not to neglect pelvic floor exercises because the results are amazing!
