Training programme to help lose weight after pregnancy

How much weight did you put on during pregnancy? I've always been quite full figured and during my pregnancies, I have to say that I didn't pay much attention to my weight. A year after the birth of my last child, I still had quite a bit of weight to lose. I'm not a sporty person at all.

What method did you use to get rid of this excess weight? I was dragged along to a sports club by two friends, where I did 30 minutes of exercise twice a week! 

How long did it take to get your figure back? They took my measurements when I registered at the sports club, then once a month I weighed myself to see what progress I was making. It was encouraging to see that the weight ws coming off. In one year, I lost just over a stone.

Advantages of this method: It's great if you're lacking motivation because it provides a framework to work within and the staff members at the gym give you support. It also allowed me to lose weight from the areas where I never thought it would go!

Disadvantages of this method: After about a year, I stopped because I got a bit bored using the same machines in the same four walls.
