How much weight did you put on during pregnancy?
Almost 2 stone.

What method did you use to get rid of this excess weight? Erm well, the 'not actively doing anything' method. I didn't worry about the weight I put on during pregnancy and I didn't worry about getting back down to a certain weight after I gave birth either.

But I admit that I didn't eat like a horse for 9 months, I regularly went to the swimming pool and I continued 'getting physical' with my boyfriend. I was a happy mum-to-be, after that, the rest just fell into place by itself.

How long did it take to get your figure back? About 6 months.

Advantages of this method: No effort required, no depriving yourself... it's almost too good to be true.

Disadvantages of this method: Not all women are the same. Some will quickly lose their excess weight without any effort whereas others will find it more difficult. It's a question of metabolism.
